Dr. Mohamad Jibawi is a dedicated family medicine specialist and has been in practice for more than 11 years. He goes above and beyond for his patients to provide the best care possible. He has a keen interest in behavioral medicine and enjoys working with geriatrics and veterans.

After completing his residency in family medicine at the LSU Family Medicine Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner, Louisiana, Dr. Jibawi joined EliteCare Health Centers. He received his medical degree from St. Matthew's University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, and his bachelor's degree from Waubonsee College in Sugar Grove, Illinois.

Dr. Jibawi is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians. He has ACLS and PALS certifications. He also holds a certification in Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics. During his time at LSU, he was named Intern of the Year and received the Women's Health Award from the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in 2015.

Dr. Jibawi enjoys fishing as well as football, basketball, and volleyball in his free time
